Controller and contact

The controller is Karol Warda, The Karol Warda World, ul. Żywnego 21A/131, 02-701 Warszawa, Poland · NIP 8821883105. Send data questions and requests to info@kto1.pl or the postal address above. This notice concerns kumkaidumka.pl; features of the operator’s other websites do not automatically apply here.

Game data on your device

Your play group, settings, progress, attempts, active play time and information used to adjust difficulty may be stored in the browser. We do not ask for an exact date of birth. Local adaptation concerns play, not an assessment of health or intelligence or a decision about a child’s rights. Where a game provides a learning switch or reset, it is in that game’s settings. Play-time controls store a limit and a guardian’s PIN protection. Clearing site data also removes local saves and settings; make any needed backup first. These records remain until you or the browser removes them.

Connections, play and server features

OVHcloud hosting receives information needed to provide and protect connections, including IP address, time, requested path, response and browser information. Features requiring a server, such as the daily phrase and attempt processing, may process an attempt identifier and events necessary to run the game. This does not mean publishing a child’s personal data. Any available optional network feature or ranking has its own screen explaining the information and result to be sent. Public Kids play does not require an account. An administrator account operates the portal rather than profiling a child.

Measurement, advertisements and choices

Page requests may be counted on the server without an extra cookie or linking them to local progress. A technical identifier estimates visitors, changes daily and is removed the next day; DNT or GPC disables this estimate. Aggregate counts are kept for up to366 days. They estimate visits, not individual children. Extra product measurements or advertising require an appropriate basis and a separate choice where the law requires one; refusing must not block play. An advertising space in older material does not mean an advertisement is currently shown. We do not use age, mistakes or scores to personalise advertising to a child.

Purposes, bases and retention

Data needed for the requested service is processed to provide it, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where applicable. Security and claims protection use legitimate interests under(f); legal obligations use(c), and optional additional measurements requiring consent use(a). Correspondence is used to answer, handle complaints or exercise rights, until the case ends and for any necessary claims-protection period. Logs and backups support security and recovery and are not public rankings. Ask the controller about your attempt’s data and applicable retention without publishing its identifier.

Providers and recipients

Hosting, security and mail providers may process data as needed to operate the service and handle requests. According to the operator’s published information, info@kto1.pl mail uses Apple iCloud and Google Gmail. Providers may use subprocessors or process data outside the EEA; ask the controller for applicable safeguards and a copy. We do not claim that all data stays exclusively in Poland or the EEA. A child’s local progress is not sold as an advertising profile.

Your rights

Subject to GDPR, you may access, correct, erase, restrict or transfer data and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may complain to the President of Poland’s Personal Data Protection Office. Requests are handled without undue delay, normally within one month; lawful extensions or refusals are explained. A guardian may act for a child within their legal authority. Do not send passwords, PINs or an identity-document scan without a justified need. Removing server data does not automatically remove device data, or vice versa.
