Who runs the service
The operator of kumkaidumka.pl is Karol Warda, The Karol Warda World, ul. Żywnego 21A/131, 02-701 Warszawa, Poland · NIP 8821883105. For game issues, complaints and personal data requests, contact info@kto1.pl. TheKaWa is the creator’s brand.
What is available
The service provides Kumka and Dumka browser games, instructions, music and interactive stories. The current catalogue identifies available games and episodes. “Coming soon” is an announcement, not an available game. Podcast audio is in Polish, with a Polish/English listening guide. New episodes are scheduled for Sundays at 12:00 Polish local time. Each game’s help explains its controls, rules and completion conditions.
Free play
Publicly available games and listening are free. There are no mandatory purchases. Points, coins, fictional shopping and sports scores are game elements, not money, cash prizes or payment services. Watching an advertisement or agreeing to additional measurements must not be a condition of starting a game or saving a local result.
Children and guardians
The play groups are Kids 0–9, Junior 10–15 and Senior 16+. Senior means players aged16 or over here. The public children’s version may use the Kids group. Younger children should play with a guardian. A parent or legal guardian acts where the law requires legal representation. The guardian sets and keeps the parent PIN and play-time limit. Do not share that PIN with a child. Parent controls do not replace adult supervision.
Starting, requirements and stopping
Public play does not require an account. You need a device with a current JavaScript-capable browser, an internet connection to load content, and the controls described in the game. Audio requires sound playback, which can be muted. Opening an available game or episode starts use of the free service on these terms. You can leave or close the tab at any time. Account actions, network features and legally required consent have their own explicit steps. Closing a tab does not automatically delete account data or saved progress.
Levels, progress and fair play
Stages unlock under each game’s rules, after required earlier stages or through its adaptive progression. Difficulty may use previous attempts. Losing does not create a charge. Progress and settings normally stay in this browser; clearing its data or using private browsing may prevent recovery. An account does not automatically synchronise all local saves. Do not manipulate results, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or supply unlawful content or another person’s data. Use a neutral nickname without a child’s personal details where a nickname feature is offered.
Content and rights
Games, characters, illustrations, recordings and text are protected by their rights holders. You may use the offered play, listening and saving features for personal use. This does not transfer ownership or permit commercial redistribution or copying the whole service. Statutory rights remain unaffected. Any offered download or sharing feature has its own stated scope; do not disclose another person’s data.
Problems and complaints
Send a complaint to info@kto1.pl or the operator’s postal address above. Describe the issue and, where possible, the game, date, device and browser. Missing some of these details does not automatically invalidate a complaint. Do not send passwords, PINs or unnecessary details about a child. Consumer complaints receive a response within14 days unless applicable law provides otherwise. Preserve a save and report an issue before clearing browser data.
Privacy, updates and your rights
See Kumka and Dumka privacy for data and device-storage information. Updates may fix problems or add content. Material changes require appropriate notice and, where required by law, consent. Terms do not retrospectively remove acquired rights. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Applicable Polish law applies subject to mandatory consumer protection, including protection under the law of a consumer’s place of residence.
